Gamma Rewards is our loyalty program for eligible direct customers and distributors. Members earn points through qualifying purchases and activities, then redeem them for rewards based on their account type.
How do I join Gamma Rewards?+
Create a Gamma Electronics account or sign in to your existing account. Once enrolled, you can begin earning points on eligible purchases and activities.
Does it cost anything to join?+
No. Gamma Rewards is free to join.
How do Gamma Rewards points work?+
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Every 100 points equals $1 in reward value. For example: 500 points = $5 in reward value 1,000 points = $10 in reward value 2,500 points = $25 in reward value Direct customers can redeem their reward value for eligible products on the Gamma Electronics website. Distributors can redeem their reward value only for eligible training tickets at DAS University. How many points will I earn on a purchase? You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Points are calculated from the eligible purchase subtotal after discounts and before taxes, shipping, fees, and excluded items.
What is the difference between direct-customer and distributor rewards?+
Direct customers can redeem points for eligible products through the Gamma Electronics website. Distributors can redeem points only for eligible training tickets at DAS University. Distributor points cannot be redeemed for products through the Gamma Electronics website.
How do direct customers redeem points?+
Sign in to your Gamma Electronics account, visit the Gamma Rewards page, and choose an eligible product reward. Follow the instructions to apply the reward through the website.
How do distributors redeem points?+
Distributors can redeem points for eligible training tickets at DAS University. Sign in to your account and follow the redemption instructions provided for the available training opportunities.
Can distributors redeem points for products?+
No. Product redemption through the Gamma Electronics website is available only to eligible direct customers. Distributors may use their points exclusively for eligible DAS University training tickets.
Can direct customers redeem points for DAS University training tickets?+

How do I earn points?+
You can earn points through eligible activities shown on the Gamma Rewards page. These may include making purchases, creating an account, celebrating a birthday, referring friends, or participating in special promotions.
How many points do I earn on purchases?+
The current earning rate is displayed in your Gamma Rewards account. Points are generally calculated from the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes, shipping, and other excluded charges.
Can direct customers redeem points for DAS University training tickets?+
Yes!!
What happens to my points if I return an order?+
Points earned from returned or refunded items will be removed from your account. If this results in a negative balance, future points may be applied toward that balance.
Can I earn and redeem points as a guest?+
No. You must be signed in to your Gamma Electronics account so purchases and rewards can be connected to your membership and account type.
I placed an order before creating an account. Can it be added?+
Contact Customer Support within 15 days of your purchase. We may be able to add eligible points after verifying the order and account information.
How does the referral program work?+
Share your personal referral link with an eligible new customer. When your friend completes the qualifying purchase requirements, the applicable referral reward will be issued according to the offer terms.
